About Erin Sparrold

Erin comes to us with over 24 years of experience working as a nutrition coach. She has a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Arizona and is a recent graduate from the Institute on Performance Nutrition, an internationally recognized level 7 post graduate certificate.

She mentored under the 2008 Olympic Team Sport Dietician and pioneer of Metabolic Efficiency Training Bob Seebohar MS RD CSSD.

Through her work with Lehigh Wrestling over the past 8 years Erin has developed a specialty in working with wrestlers. She supports the National Wrestling Coaches Association and Wrestle Like a Girl in their efforts to bring evidence-based nutrition education to coaches and athletes.

In addition to her work with wrestlers Erin has worked Lafayette’s men’s soccer and women’s basketball for over 5 years and for the past 2 years has been under contract to support all athletes competing at NCAA D1 Lafayette College.

She strives to match meal planning and protocols to her clients individual needs. Erin works to empower athletes with nutrition tools to help them build a healthier body and improve their athletic performance while keeping a keen eye on supporting a healthy relationship with food.

Personally, Erin is a mother to three amazing young men and married to her partner in adventure, John. She grew up a competitive swimmer and continues her passion for athletics by participating in road relay races, IronMan 70.3 triathlons, open water swimming, hiking, trail running, and gravel biking. Being an athlete herself she understands the dynamic and interconnected relationship between nutrition and performance.
