Athletic Team Coaching


Erin will work directly with your team either in person or via video conferencing.  Working closely with coaches Erin will design content for your team with their fueling needs and goals in mind. Are you needing to develop a better team culture around foundational daily nutrition habits, improve pre-competition schedules, fuel and hydrate better during competition, or is your team needing to understand the importance of recovery? Together we can design a coaching package that meets your team's fueling needs and budgets. Building a healthier team culture around fueling and a better performing team.  

 

Individual Athlete Coaching


Individual coaching allows Erin the opportunity to set up planning specific to your nutrition goals. Are you needing to gain weight out of season? Are you struggling with recovery and maintaining performance? Do you want to take your competition to the next level and use nutrition planning to get you there? We can do these things together in our individual sessions. 


Erin often works with athletes that are struggling with low energy availability, fatigue, loss of healthy hormone cycling, and loss of speed and power. She can help you find a better balance, better health, and better performance. 

 

Wrestling Nutrition Coaching


Are you in season and making weight weekly? Are you competing in multi day tournaments and needing to make weight both days? How do you make weight and maintain peak performance? How do you reload fuel and hydration after making weight? How can you practice good weight maintenance through the season? Weight making sports come with a unique set of nutrition protocols. Erin comes to you with a wealth of experience in wrestling and weight certified sport. She will work with you individually or with teams to help ensure you are fueled and hydrated to compete at your peak. All while keeping health a top priority. A healthy athlete is always a better athlete.

Wrestling Team Coaching


Erin is available to meet with teams in person and over video conferencing. Working with coaches to develop content that will meet the needs of your athletes. Weight maintenance, weight making, hydration strategies, navigating tournaments, and refueling strategies after making weight. Together we can develop a plan that meets your team's needs and budgets. 

Wrestlers One on One


Erin will work with you to help you develop individual meal planning to support a healthy metabolism and successful weight cuts She will develop a personalized hydration strategy for you to drift water weight without days of low water intake. Erin will coach you on how to reload your nutrition and hydration with maximum efficiency while avoiding upset stomachs after weigh in.

Women's Wrestling


All of the above applies to female wrestlers as well but through a unique lens. Our female physiology creates the necessity to approach things differently than our male teammates. Erin has a unique specialty in working with women in weight making sports. Helping female wrestlers leverage their physiology to work for them.

Always Ahead of The Game...


Erin stays up to date with the latest research. Regularly participating in continuing education to maintain an evidence informed practice.
